Yin Yoga Flow | Shoulder and Neck Release

Yin Yoga focuses on activating “Chi” or vital life energy through the invisible energetic pathways of our body. From a physiological standpoint, it affects the connective tissue, pulling and pressuring to elicit the opening of stagnant energy through muscles, blood and the energetic system. Through this practice, we will listen and bring awareness to the moment and to our bodies. Each of these poses will be held for 3-5 mins.
