Restorative Yoga

Looking for a way to heal your body/mind, balance your nervous system and/or release stress?

Restorative yoga is a very gentle form of yoga that centers your breath and body and aligns the physical and mental state by practicing stillness. It focuses on long passive holds which helps open up the body. We will go through about 5-6 restorative poses holding each for about 8-10 mins. Props will be utilized to help hold the poses for longer periods.

Suggested Props: Long pillow/bolster, yoga blocks, and your favorite essential oil/candle
